Things you should know...

Payments

At the time of booking, we require a deposit in the amount of one half of the total cost of your stay. Your deposit will be processed immediately upon booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within 30 days of your intended stay, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Forms of Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Cancellations
Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If, for any reason, you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least 30 days notice, less a $50 administrative fee. If you must make a last minute cancellation, we will return your payment as long as we are able to rent your cottage to another guest over the entire reserved period. We will make every effort to re-rent the cottage and return your payment.

Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather. As such, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. For insurance information, please visit: www.insuremytrip.com

Arrival & Departure
Our check in time is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Should you arrive earlier, you are welcome to enjoy our facilities until your accommodation is ready. Late check in is by appointment only. On the day of your departure, we kindly request that you vacate your cottage no later than 12 noon.  If you wish to linger on into the afternoon, we would be happy to store your luggage.

Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets at this time. If you would like to bring your four-legged friend, there are great vacation getaways for them as well: www.snazzypet.com
