Wellness Programs

If you get tired of sleeping in, lounging by the pool or on your private screened porch, we invite you to partake in our individualized wellness programs. In the morning you are welcome to join us for yoga, or perhaps a more vigorous work out on Goose Rocks beach. If you just need a cardio fix, stroll down the lane to our fitness center, borrow a bike or take a hike on our nature trails where you’ll find interesting fitness stations around every bend.
